Every brand needs a facelift once in a while. Architecture and design firm Morrison Kattman Menze was no exception. The company’s name, logo and website were ready for revitalization, with the goal of giving their brand new life and creating a better representation of who they are. After a research and discovery process, we knew exactly where MKM had been and where they were going – the springboard we needed to create the pieces to pull the new brand together.

The Solution:

  • Interview the company partners and key MKM clients as a starting point to the rebranding process
  • Shorten the company’s name to something more modern and easier to remember
  • Write and incorporate a new tagline that helps define their brand
  • Create an updated logo, and overhaul their existing website to represent the new look and feel

The Result:

  • A brand new name was implemented: MKM architecture + design
  • The tagline “For living.” is a simple, refreshing line that coincides well with MKM’S success in creating places specifically designed for healthy living (senior communities, hospitals, etc.)
  • The new logo is bold and contemporary with clean lines and a modern color palette
  • A new and improved website gives off the same modern vibe, with interactive image galleries that showcase their well-thought-out design
  • An entire brand overhaul that breathes new life into this innovative design firm
