For their new branding campaign, Parkview Health wanted to go back to their roots — reminding the community of what it means to care and be cared for. They may have the best technologies, specialists and facilities, but at the end of the day, what sets Parkview apart is the connections they make to patients on a personal, human level. To accomplish this, our teams set out to create two directions within the same campaign: a message from the patients’ point of view and a message from the employees. Using real Parkview patients and co-workers throughout the campaign to humanize the health system, we were able to point to all the ways Parkview is there for the community — acting as friends, leaders and caretakers to help their patients find whatever they need most along their health journeys.
