Luxury outdoor cabinet company Challenger Designs knew they had a great product. But they also knew their brand wasn’t doing their offering justice. After conducting in-depth interviews with Challenger’s dealer audience, B&Y was armed and ready — and we set to work coming up with a strategy to flaunt Challenger’s greatest strengths and give them a brand position they could own in the market. Because Challenger’s competition are all considered high-end, we had to ask ourselves, “What does Challenger have that the others don’t?” The answer was obvious: greater durability. With a unique angle and our sights set on an audience that values aesthetics and longevity, we created a luxurious yet practical brand for Challenger that shows you can have the best of both worlds.
