The leading manufacturer for auto clutches in North America, FCC (Adams) is a well-established company. But, being located within a small town, they were struggling to attract enough qualified workers to join their team. Following market research and in-depth interviews with employees, B&Y learned that focusing on FCC’s long list of benefits and incentives would really hit home — especially fuel cost reimbursement. Using that as our ammunition, we created a recruitment campaign that attracted enough new hires to fix their manufacturing position shortage, enable shorter shifts for employees and significantly reduce their backlog of orders.
