Q: How long does the process take before ads are live?

A: The typical lead time from sign-on to go-live is 4 weeks. However, if you have never run ads through the social channel selected, there could be some additional time needed for proper set up.

 

Q: What type of creative do I get?

A: The ads will be two, new, 15-second videos. Using your existing branding, B&Y will present 3 concept options and you will get to choose up to two that we will craft into the final two, 15-second videos.

 

Q: Do you manage my ads for me?

A: Yes, B&Y will handle all ad set up, targeting and reporting for your digital ads.

 

Q: What ad targeting do you use?

A: Base targeting begins with targeting adults aged 25-64 who reside in the geographical region in which your business is located. While the gender and age range can be adjusted based on your brand’s target audience, more detailed targeting is available with a custom engagement.

 

Q: How long does each campaign run?

A: Each campaign is 28 days long. At the end of the campaign, we will present you with a final performance report. You can then re-engage with B&Y if you’d like to continue running ads for a longer-term campaign.
