Digital Media Buyer
B&Y is seeking a full-time digital media buyer to join our Fort Wayne, IN, team to execute, monitor and report on paid media campaigns for our diverse client roster. You’ll work with our account team to provide client-focused, strategic and tactical execution of digital media campaigns. You’ll also be the person who keeps up with changes, new releases and trends on digital marketing platforms.
B&Y is an award-winning, full-service advertising and strategic marketing firm providing regional and national clients with expertise in brand identity and strategic planning.
The digital media buyer will collaborate and add critical insight on digital media strategy while also managing the hands-on campaign execution. The ideal candidate should be a keen critical thinker who has a familiarity of digital media including Google display, paid search and paid social (e.g., Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest).

Key Responsibilities:
- Developing digital advertising campaign strategies based on the client’s objectives and target audience
- Forecasting paid media budgets and required performance metrics to meet client KPIs
- Ensuring that all ads comply with industry regulations regarding content length, placements, etc.
- Setting up and reviewing campaign performance across media channels
- Making recommendations for adjustments to increase advertising effectiveness
- Creating detailed reports with analysis for clients on the performance of their digital media
- Collaborating with account team members and project managers to develop strategies and initiatives
- Researching and maintaining knowledge of the latest changes and trends in digital media and paid marketing tools
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years’ experience developing digital media strategies and planning / placing / analyzing digital media
- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and other digital/social media platforms
- Well organized
- Excellent communicator
- Good head for math and evaluation
- Team player
- Insatiable appetite to push the boundaries and solve problems
- Creative problem solver
- Previous agency experience is a plus, but not required

Senior Account Executive
B&Y is seeking a senior account executive with 4+ years of marketing agency or internal marketing department experience. This position has the option to be fully remote from the Eastern U.S. time zone or follow a hybrid office environment schedule based on the qualified candidate’s location.
The senior account executive will be responsible for day-to-day communication with multiple client accounts and becoming the agency’s subject matter expert for those clients’ brands. This position will write strategic marketing plans and oversee their implementation through to final reporting and presentation. A strong digital media campaign planning background will benefit the selected candidate.
Developing trusted client relationships is key to this position’s success, and providing clear input and feedback to various agency department team members will be instrumental to delivering B&Y’s clients with high-quality, strategically grounded work.

Candidate Requirements
- 4+ years in a marketing agency or internal marketing department environment
- 2+ years managing day-to-day client relationships
- 4+ years managing multi-channel campaigns, including programmatic display, paid social and streaming video
- 2+ years developing multi-channel marketing and/or advertising campaign plans
- Ability to translate a client request into actionable input for agency team members
- Strong team management skills across a project lifecycle – from input to in-market
- Excellent time management skills and experience prioritizing multiple projects across multiple client accounts
- Budget management
- Presentation development and delivery
- Effective written, virtual, telephone and in-person communication
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading/editing skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Experience in healthcare marketing is a plus, but not required
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements within the healthcare industry is a plus, but not required
- Experience with Workamajig is a plus, but not required
